I have been cosplaying for 2 years now. I love making my costumes, getting into character and posing with others. Being able to manipulate characters that already exist into my own creations is so exciting, and it pulls my creative side into gear. Very soon I would like to start making my own characters just to really spike my creativity! I started out my cosplaying with dressing up as a Disney Princess for parties, then I got involved with multiple cosplay charities such as Heroes of Hope, TRS [The Royal Sisterhood], and Minnesota Superheroes United. I do love cosplaying, but I find it more meaningful when I am able to make a child smile, or give a child support as a character that the child knows and loves. I am passionate about what I do, and I love being able to help out in my community as a character, cosplayer, and costumer. I love people so much, and I look forward to meeting as many people as possible ComicCard!
